The Conclusive, Yet Simple Skincare Routine

Healthy and glowy skin is a very common topic in many women's lives. Living in big cities, continuous exposure to stress and UV rays, chemicals in form of the makeup and other harmful elements influence shape and strength of the skin.

Maintaining the right balance and therefore a healthy and glowing skin can appear to be harder than many think. For that reason we have been looking for, researching and testing the right products and processes for the optimal results. The focus of our search has been on natural and clean products as well as short and simple process.


Before we start listing the products and describe the processes make sure the following:

  1. Do not touch your skin when not necessary (e.g. pick the pimples)

  2. Take off the makeup once you come home (spend as much time as possible makeup free)

  3. Change pillow case at least once per week

  4. Drink enough water (between 1,5 to 2 liters per day)

  5. Eat healthy diet (exclude sugars and processed food)

  6. Do sports (about 30 to 45 minutes per day)

  7. Sleep enough (about 8 hour per night)

  8. Get out of the city and enjoy the nature as often as possible
